At Perth Airport Chauffeur (a division of Caspian Limousine Pty Ltd), we are committed to providing reliable and professional chauffeur services. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and non-refundable deposits.
By booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to pete@perthairportchauffeur.com.au.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
2. No-Show Policy
If a passenger fails to show up at the confirmed pickup location within the allowed waiting time, the full fare will be charged.
If the driver or office cannot make contact with the passenger during the waiting period, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
3. Deposits
Deposits required to secure bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Pre-Payments
Pre-paid bookings cancelled more than 12 hours before pickup will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
Pre-paid bookings cancelled within 12 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
5. Service Interruptions
In the event that we are unable to provide service due to:
Vehicle breakdown,
Driver illness,
Or other unforeseen circumstances, we will:
Attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle or affiliate service, or
Provide a full refund of the booking fee if no alternative can be arranged.
6. Cleaning & Damage Fees
A cleaning fee (minimum $65) will be charged in cases of excessive mess, spillage, or damage caused by the passenger.
These fees are non-refundable and will be charged in addition to the fare.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Transaction or merchant fees incurred during payment processing are non-refundable.
