Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 9th of July 2025
By booking and using the services of Perth Airport Chauffeur (a division of Caspian Limousine Pty Ltd), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Online Bookings & Payment
• Clients with an account will be invoiced at the end of the month or charged to the credit card used at the time of booking.
• Credit card payments made directly in the vehicle will incur a credit card merchant fee.
2. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for the following:
• Special events or occasions
• Public holidays
• Early morning or late-night bookings
Note: Any applicable surcharge will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.
3. Airport Pickups
• All flights are monitored, and we will attempt to accommodate any delays without affecting other scheduled bookings.
• If we cannot accommodate a delayed flight, we will contact our affiliates to assist where possible.
Important:
• A valid flight number must be provided for airport pickups. If no flight number is given, a driver may not be dispatched.
• If dispatched, the driver will wait based on the scheduled time with 10 minutes free waiting time. Additional charges will apply thereafter.
• Deposits charged the night before are nonrefundable in the event of no-show or late arrival without notice.
4. Waiting Time Policy
From Non-Airport Locations:
• First 15 minutes are free.
• $2 per minute applies after 15 minutes (payable to the driver).
From Airport Locations:
• International & Domestic: 60 minutes of free waiting from confirmed landing time.
• After 60 minutes: $3 per minute plus any applicable parking fees.
• If no contact is made within the allowed time, the driver may leave, and the full fare will be charged and is nonrefundable.
5. Multiple Pick-Ups / Drop-Offs
• Additional stops must be arranged at the time of booking.
• $10 per extra stop applies if on route and includes 2 minutes of waiting (then $2 per minute).
• Off-route pickups/drop-offs must be negotiated with the office or driver. Charges apply and are payable to the driver.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: pete@perthairportchauffeur.com.au
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup are nonrefundable.
• No-shows after the allowed waiting period will be charged the full fare.
• Deposits are nonrefundable.
• Pre-payments will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Cleaning Fee Policy
• A cleaning fee will be charged for:
o Excessive mess
o Spills
o Vomiting
o Any damage requiring professional cleaning
Minimum cleaning fee: $65 (amount may vary based on severity).
By using our service, passengers accept responsibility for any such additional charges.
8. Passenger Conduct
• Passengers must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
• No smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous items are permitted inside the vehicle.
9. Liability
• Perth Airport Chauffeur is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left in vehicles.
• We are not liable for delays caused by:
o Traffic
o Road closures
o Weather conditions
o Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
10. Agreement
By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
